The monument to Milyo Minchev Milev is located in the centre of the village of Vetren. Milyo Minchev Milev was born on November 28, 1914 in the village of Vetren, Stara Zagora. He was a member of the Komsomol since 1934. He was shot in a garrison shooting range as a paratrooper on June 26, 1942 in Sofia.
