Description
On 1 April 1944. Doncho Boyadzhiev comes to Muglizh to meet Georgi Mihalev. The meeting was set in the woods northwest of the village, in the Ravnya area, but never took place. He was betrayed and in a shootout with more than 20 policemen who came from Kazanlak, he was wounded. In order not to fall alive into the hands of the police, he committed suicide. After 09.09.1944 he was buried in Muglizh, and a fountain-monument with his bas-relief was built. Learning about the betrayal committed by local people and the death of Doncho Boyadzhiev, the same day (01.04.1944)
