The complex is located in the village of Seltse, 16 km from Maglizh in the north direction, on the road to Barite and upstream of the Selchenska River. It is situated along the river at the edge of the village, surrounded by picturesque countryside. The complex offers 3 guest houses built in a traditional style, a summer outdoor pool with spring water, bistro menu and traditional cuisine, a cheverme and oven barbecue corner by the river, and a trout and carp fishpond.
